Retrospective consent for alterations - If your clients are selling / purchasing a leasehold property and there have been alterations done to the property please ensure the relevant consent has been granted. If there is no consent please supply us with details of any alterations or additions made to the property along with any plans if available to obtain a retrospective consent. We will then advise you if there is any fee payable.
Please note that where the lease requires notices to be served on the Landlord, please serve the notices on us as the Landlords agents. Please note that we require notices of assignment, charge, discharge and a vacating receipt.
